Q:But before we officially begin the interview, I'd like to gain a better understanding of your background.

So please tell me anything you think would be particularly helpful for me to know about your work, your current work, your background...before we begin.

A: So I am in the field about more than three decades.

And, originally, my subject was the Soviet/American relationship in the days of the Cold War. Mainly the conflicts in this original relationship, including the theory of conflict, the study of conflict, resolution of conflict, crisis management, negotions, and conflict resolution, of course.
